How to place and order
When buying Grizzly Pro antivirus you place an order in «Grizzly PRO» on-line store.
Steps of placing an order
- Choose a product you want to buy.
- Choose the term for your PC protection.
- Click «place your order» button.
- Fill in all the fields on the given page as these fields are required. Please, check if your address and email are correct. A key file or an activation code will be sent to your email.
- If you agree to terms of License Agreement, confirm it by checking the box.
- Choose payment method. On this stage of placing the order you will see the information about the selected product, delivery, price, and license. If the parameters of the order are correct, click «confirm order».
An information letter confirming your order will be sent to registered email. The letter contains the following:
- Number of order;
- Items (purchased software);
- Payment sum;
- Order status link (paid / not paid / shipped);
- A link to be used to cancel the order;
- Make payment according to the method selected.
Receipt of the order
After the confirmation of payment, a letter will be sent to the registered email. The letter contains the following:
- Activation code or a key file for th purchased item. (including electronic copy of License Agreement for corporate products).
- A link for distribution kit and documentation download.
- Brief installation and product activation description.
- Useful information regarding product technical support.
